Can someone give me information regarding debts included in a bankruptcy (discharged chpt 7) that have an unrated status. Does this mean they have disputed the bankruptcy? Will the debts be charged off? It's been 4 years since the discharge. Am I still liable for a mortgage included in the filing? Luimve
