What do I do in the case that a credit agency listed on my credit report is either no longer in business or totally unreachable? How can I pay this? Can this info be disputed or removed from the credit report? Also, my hubby has a judgment for $875 for an old apartment he once lived in. Can this be disputed through the bureau or how do judgments really work?

If they are unreachable to you, they are probably unreachable to the credit bureaus. Send 'em a dispute and see what happens.
