I am in need of obtaining an unsecured line of credit. i would love about $35k but anything would be appreciated. it is for the purchase of real estate to resell at a later date. all of the loc i've seen advertised online are for businesses. does anyone know of a reputable lender?
I don't have any names off the top of my head, but I know local banks love to serve customers that live in their area, and that includes anybody using money for real estate..specially if the real estate market is hot. Have you tried local banks? Do you have a card, or other loans at banks that offer LOC's? If ya do, you can try them and see if they'll help you because you've been a good customer.
