Unsecured loan now at a Collection

    I need an understanding. I had a lease with Dell which was unsecured now there is a collection agency coming after me I owe $500 are there any laws with a TX agency and NY laws with them receiving the payment. And should I deal with them to remove from the credit report??? There making my credit score drop....

    I am trying everybody I have claimed BK7 on 9/02 I have not even tried to get credit....any advice is welcome
