I have two college daughters who are bombarded with Bank Card applications. They have absolutely no credit and no business having these cards. Is there any way I can get their names taken off these mailing lists??

    Good place to start.

To be honest, its a good idea for them to have a credit card, and build a credit history during college, imo. Once they are out of college and have that high paying job, they'll have perfect history, and won't be soaked when they go to buy a car, furniture etc.

I would want my children to get into credit, responsibly, when they are in college.

    nuff rambling.

Call 888.567.8688 (888-5-OPT-OUT) and follow the automated instructions. Please note that you are only supposed to do it for yourself, but if your daughters are minors, you can opt them out yourself.
