CAN A CREDITOR AUDIT THE PAYROLL DEPARTMENT OF THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR, AND WHAT WOULD THE PURPOSE OF THAT BE?
i think you need to explain a little better. You work for ABC and have a CC w/XYZ...out of the blue XYZ audits ABC's payroll dept? The whole department or just you?
LOL! that is why i asked for specifics silly! you asked if a creditor can audit the payroll department - you didn't state specifically what you meant by that!
Doubt it. Maybe if you were filing BK on a creditor, trying to escape child support or something, and they suspected you were concealing your income, they probably could, with an order from the judge. Hiding$ LB?
Re: Re: unusual question. Well, for someone who invented FICO, I'm sure LB has lot$$$ stashed under his matress. Lol
Re: Re: unusual question. he developed fico? all this time i thought he just owned and operated both Telecheck and Chexsystems.....now i find out he is the driving force behind the big 3?!?!?!!?!?! the lies, the deceit...how will i ever forgive you lb??? LOL!
Re: Re: Re: unusual question. i'm illegal, and your the devil - now everyone knows.... but back to your original question, can you explain a little bit better?
there is not a company in the world that would allow their payroll dept. be audited by a *outsider* without a court order. the info is way too sensitive. if someone wants to know how much you make all they have to do is ask for your w2's or copies of tax returns for the last two years, or 30 days of pay stubs.
Good lord, lbrown59, you're right -- your question really is unusual! Here's my take on the matter: MOVIE SEQUEL Doc P.S. Hi!
What a treat! I had a Nice Memorial Day BBQ with Dh and family(I didn't have to do anything) and now a family movie. Good to see you Psychdoc
