   Here is a response from a CA, stating after reviewing your account our office has decided to remove this account from your credit file, however, Equifax has put an update freeze on your file which prohibits our office from making any changes. Pls contact us so we can take care of this matter........

   Have the CA FAX or mail or BOTH to the CRA to DELETE...
   
   Send you a copy for your records...
   
   They "MAY" be able to UPDATE 05/01/2003...

   They are blowing smoke up your ass.
   
   Dispute with the CRA and include a copy of the letter as evidence supporting your position. If they don't delete sue EQ.
