Hi Everyone: As some of you may know, I have had so many problems with Experian because I live in a local affilate area. I had several collection accounts that resurfaced over the past few months. My CE Score seem to fluctuate between 580-610. I had a collection account reinserted about two weeks ago. My CE score went from 605 to 594. It was an account that I had successfully had removed via a comoplaint to the AG of Pennslyvania. I noticed they reinserted the account and immediately notified the collection agency and the AG. The collection agency sent me a letter apologizing for the error and removed their tradeline. to my surprise I gained 40 points!!!! My Experian score has never been as high as it is now 631! I know for many of you its probably not a big deal but to me it is. My Equifax score is 680, TU is 725. I am almost in prime land! I can't wait to arrive there. I have a Cap one C/O that will come off 7/2002. I have an auto loan with multiple lates from Chrysler Financial, and a few cc's with 1 30 day lates. I am goint to attack them to see what happens. I noticed that a few of you were a little discouraged. I can tell you if you keep at it, you will experience success. I have been at this since December 1999, and Experian was my worst score by almost 100 points. Moral to my story: If your not experiencing success, keep at it.
Good job!! Also, a little suggestion. The account that is due to fall off in July just might come off now with a dispute, since it is so close to the purge date. Just dispute as obsolete - please delete. I'll bet it comes off now. Good luck.
