EXP does it again. Requested my 2nd validation for an account that just has a year listed for lates-no month. They verified-again. Any advice for next steps-this is a 90 day late from a year ago, and makes no sense, since there isn't any 30 day, 60 day lates listed prior to this listing. Thanks.
Do you have have a receipt for the payment -When does it say it was paid? The creditor should have the date the alleged late Pmt. was due as well as the date it was paid.
Well, I have the cancelled checks for payment-but then again, I don't know which month they are referring to because it only lists the year.
Well if you have them and none of them were paid late it really dosen't matter which month as you have them all covered.
