Well I got my response from Fleet today on my complaint about my intrest rate going up 10% and they informed me that it would be lowered to 6.9%. I would like to Thank George for sending me to Planet Feedback it only took a week to get a response and they actually lowered it back down with nothing more then a letter of complaint.
