My current progress is: 1/4/03 EFX 567 FAKO EXP 583 FAKO TU 593 FAKO 1/22/03 EFX 642 FAKO EXP 635 FAKO TU 639 FAKO Not bad for 18 days I have filed my first lawsuit for a non-PP. Waiting impatiently for OC to be served. Preparing the next round of disputes. I am being a real bastard this round. i'm disputing EVERY little error on the report in the first mailing and the delinquencies, etc for the rest that didn't fall of the first round of disputes in the second mailing. LOL..Equifax is going to crap...they have 97 errors, TU has 60, EXP has 37. I'm hoping that this will help me to show that they aren't living up to the standard as it comes to "maximum possible accuracy" if or when a lawsuit becomes necessary. Thanks again! rondaben
