as I posted previously, they say my check by phone payment was returned nsf by my bank. I was finally able to speak to someone at my bank today and they confirmed that no - that check has not been presented for payment. Aspire refuses to admit that they may have written in the wrong account #. They wanted me to fax them a copy of checking statement showing that the money was available and that the check was not presented. I told them my checking statement is none of their business. So, I went to my bank and got a letter from them stating the above. I am now faxing to the idiots at Aspire. I am then writing a letter to the FTC and who ever else I can think of. This is a real crock of #$^%.
