I received my Target VISA today. Instead of calling the number for activation on the sticker, I called the CR number on the back of the unactivated card. I told the rep that I would like the ARP reduced and he lowered it to 15.9%. I didn't even ask about the line increase based on the posts here. I will try for another APR reduction next month..... Good luck on a percent decrease...many here were told "WAIT TILL THE CARD EXPIRES"~~~11/2004...SURE!!! I INTRODUCED BOTH OUR CARDS TO THE "SOCK DRAWER"!!!
