A certain state attorney for the DoJ isn't going to be too happy.

He calls me a bit ago and states unequivocally that the USDoEd as of last week, would be off of all of my credit reports.

He had the gull to state that he would object to any trying to proceed with the lawsuit as being moot, because they've deleted, hmmmmm, guess what, it sure as heck isn't moot, since they haven't deleted. :)

So I pull my FACTA free credit reports, and guess what... They're still there... :)

Send an e-mail saying, contrary to your phone call, they are still on my reports, and I am initiating a dispute with those CRAs, should they be verified, I'll file another suit.

In my disputes, I unequivocally stated that even if the CRAs stamp the litigated accounts with a frivolous "previously investigated" response, despite their notification that the USDoEd reported the matters unreliably, I will sue. :)

Jam, you are an inspiration! After nearly a month of research I have found that what is really hurting our CRs is all the different Student Loan companies, USDoED included, reporting various loans/amounts/dates erroneously. Even though we each have our loans with one company now and payments have been on time for years and amounts are correct, all of these other entries are just killing us. And everything everywhere says there is just not a thing you can do about it.

I really enjoy reading your posts.

Lizzy, just look at my thread on so you want to sue the federal government, it will save having to redraft the suit twice to get past the government's constitutional arguements.
