FYI got a pre approval in the mail for an "upfront rewards" card from Universal Savings Bank. Never heard of them but they were offering a 15 inch flat panel Sharp Aquos TV with a 5000 balance transfer or initial cash advance 9.9 fixed for both, not great for the BT but ok for cash. Was kind of skeptical but did it anyway. After I did the app it said that it could take "several weeks" to get the TV (here we go I thought) To my surprise the TV got here before the Credit Card did, so if anybody else gets this offer it is for real. oh by the way 8k limit with 686 on equifax.
