Urgent! Question on Sales Draft

I gave out my credit card number on a phone order before I knew there was a no cancellation policy by the merchant.

The merchant mailed me a sales draft to sign, and my name was spelled wrong.

Does this mean I can dispute the charge as "not mine" or anything else under Fair Credit Billing?

    Thanks in advance for assistance.

Did you order, or did you not order? If you ordered, did they deliver, as agreed?

I ordered a sports handicapping service. The selections they gave out turned out to be bad.

I tried to cancel and then found out they had a cancellation policy. You had to email them for that information. Other people told me they had similar bad experiences with them on their selections.

I don't want to sell out my integrity and say that I did not order but I did order.

But their service is not as advertised. Since they made a clerical error, could not I avoid a ripoff by disputing it?

    Or not a good idea?

    Thanks.
