How do we know which is the real score? I went to TU site ordered CR for both hubby and I is it accurate? Was easily able to get verified seeing I have new reports with deletions, but no score, so went to see if I could get them. They are 675/683 am I in heaven or FAKO world? Need to know thanks

Did you pay $12.95 for it, and it specifically said "FICO" score on the order page? If not it's the FAKO score.

it said personal credit score and I paid 12.95 for it, well which one if the accurate...Equifax has 2 more tradelines and 2 small collections and FICO is about 621. At least I am assuming it is FICO from there sight, Well could really use some insight. Thanks

The 12.95 report for TU w/ score is your fico by TU's report. Whatever lenders pull your TU Report/Score - see that one. The equifax is your equifax score - who ever pulls equifax sees that score...

The third one down that says "Transunion Peronnel Credit Report and score" is the fako... the fifth one down that says "Transunion Credit Profile Plus Fico" is the fico...

Im a mortgage broker, and judging mainly on those scores (assuming TU was your MIDDLE score), I dont think you would have a problem getting a mortgage with a very good rate. Depending on the loan to value, you could easily be in low 6's, high 5's for a 30 year mortgage. This is goin by today's rates.
