    we canceled are contract with us cellular due to them changing the contract, we sent them validation letters every time they billed us for the 250 now we are going to build a new house and they are reporting it we have copys of both letters and both green cards what is are next move PLEASE HELP ASAP WE NEED TO RESOLVE THIS!!!!!

    Validation requests are for debt collectors.

    If this is the original creditor, this right does not apply unless your state law allows it.

    This doesnt appear to be a billing issue, more of a breach of contract issue.


    FDCPA 809

    " 809. Validation of debts [15 USC 1692g]

    (a) Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall,"

    the collection agency is the one that place it on the credit report, and i sent them two validation letters the same day that we received the collection letter is there anything i can do?

    ok that was a intresting read however i am a bit slow lol, how do i get it off the credit report they never responded to anything

    DISPUTE with the reporting agency :)

    BE SPECIFIC ON WHATS WRONG :)
