I currently have one card about 9 months
Us airways dividend miles classic through bank of america , $4500.00 limit
i had this card in good standing.
there's annual fee of $50.00 on this card.
I love to cancel this but Longer credit history , better credit , rite ?
So I'm planning to ask them to waive annual fee ? Will this work ?

No, they won't waive the fee on an affinity credit card. Their rationale is that you are getting the miles for your charges and therefore you are willing to pay for that benefit.

If you want to keep the tradeline, they might consider switching you to a regular card and that way you would still keep the longevity on your account.
