Hello There, I just talk to us bank and make a payment over the phone and I know that those who have the us bank credit cards receieve a notice in change of terms that there is going to be a $15 service charge effective march of this year if you make a payment by phone well I talk with a rep and she told me that only applies if you talk to a live rep to make the payment if you use their automated service phone payment system there is no $15 charge and it will post the next business day... hope this info help outs... WHAT automated payment system by phone??? What # do you push??? I have been paying for a long time by phone...I THOUGHT YOU JUST PRESSED SOME NUMBER WHEN IT SAYS TO MAKE A PAYMENT BY PHONE...(I always get a "real" person) NOTHING ON-LINE FOR PAYMENTS... I (wife) sent an e-mail telling them what I (WE) thought of it ($15.00)!!!
