    Has anyone ever heard of a "USA Gold Card"? I just received an email saying I am guaranteed instant online approval for up to $5000. I read the terms and conditions and there is a $149 enrollment fee, 0% interest, no grace, etc. Is this a charge card?

    IF YOU WANT TO CATALOGUE SHOP...TRY JC PENNEYS...
    $149 fee is not charged for JC PENNEYS...
