Useless company Thanks to the information I have gotten from this site I have been able to increase my cl's dramatically. I had my Home Depot CL increased to $16,500 which will be helpful with all of the reno's I am doing on our home. I have been trying to get a quote ( with no results )for a garage package for the last few weeks. I have faxed 2 different stores, talked to assistant store managers, store managers, area managers and even called and faxed head office in Atlanta. As of this writing no one has been able to give me a quote. They advertise that custom spec. garages are NO PROBLEM. Apparently they are. I need a higher wall and a 9 foot high door - nothing that a rocket scientist would need to be consulted for. My problems with HD have been going on for sevaral months. They have given me a very generous store merchandise credit and one year no interest, no payment for the package. I want to use their $ for the year, but the morons will not let me. Does anyone have any suggestions? In the beginning I was really annoyed but after all of this I can only sit back and laugh. What kind of company does not want additional business?
