help, trying to find out the SOL on utilities from the state of Georgia. These are gas, electric and telephone. Looked all over, can just can't find for sure. Trying to keep away from a long distance phone call.

It is my understanding that utilities fall under UCC laws/sol. Also, I believe the UCC SOL is anywhere from 1 year to 4 years. You would have to search your states UCC laws to find out for sure. paw67
