They do it by name and addy.. and since that addy neer showed up on the credit report.. and that it wasnt my name she would delete all my information, such as SSN, and my credit file.. She told me if it showed up somehow which she said it shouldnt, it would show on 03/01 to call her.. She gave me her full name and extension... I feel so much better.. That darm letter ruined my weekend.. Re: Re: Re: Re: Utility CA yes at this point I am.. I called back today got a different guy, I acted like I had no clue yadda yadda.. I said that isnt even my name.. Well the girl from yesterday did what she said she would. She deleted my SSN and Credit file from their system. As the guy asked what is your SSN.. I said what do you have.. he got flustered and said we dont have one on file.. then he said disregard the notice.. Now I only have to worry about them going to the OC and getting my SSN again.. then I am sure they wont send another letter as the address's will match and it will magically appear on my report.. But what can you do right.. I dont want to send a validation letter innow.. as it will only have them going to the OC and getting the SSN again.. Which will draw this out longer.. Hopefully they will putz around another 6 months and the SOL will be up...
