VA mortgage help

    Does anyone have any information on a good mortgage broker or a bank, that is good to deal with? This would be going VA, but FICO scores are not great, upper 500s to low 600s and medical collections.

    Gemini, where do you live? Momof3 had a very good mortgage broker that was licensed in many states, also I believe NanaC's was, too. I also had a pretty good broker, but she is only licensed in Virginia, Maryland, & DC.

    I have a really good one in Florida, let me know what state your in. I also know one in Georgia thats good. If you are in these areas, let me know.

    Hey I can use one in GA my scores are all over 503 tu 617 equifax 584 exp.

    Can u refer me?

    I could use a referral as well. I live in Louisiana and my scores are 587(Experian), 565 (Equifax), and 525 (TransUnion)
