Anyone have any 'templates' to file a motion to dismiss? I already got word from the colleciton agency that they won't fight it if I file a motion... all I need to do is format it, print it in word and sent it to the court. However, I need a template or 'reasons' for dismissal. This judgement has already been satisfied and paid by the way. Any help? Thanks..
