I am wondering what happens if one files a motion to vacate on a summary judgment that is PAID, and then the person who filed the motion doesn't show up. Is it just thrown out and you have to pay costs? I'm in Ohio, btw. I just am thinking of ways to get this paid judgment off, but I don't want to go into court...especially since I don't live where the case is being handled, anymore. I'm working on getting the address that is on the case removed from my CR and then revalidating it with the CRAs, but I'm afraid that that alone isn't going to work.
