OK, I have the paperwork for the judgment I had vacated. I had to put them up on my yahoo site because my scanner software isn't installed right, and I can't use my OCR program the way it is installed now - they are in .BMP format. I figured everyone has that :) IE will open it, I believe. Any graphics program or viewer will open it. If you can't, email me and I will send it as an email attachment for you.

This judgment was vacated by my lawyer getting the plaintiff's lawyer to sign the papers. There is a letter somewhere that went to the other lawyer, along with theoriginal form for him to sign. I can't find that letter, but you can easily compose your own. The gist of it was that I had settled this prior to the court date.

All the paperwork is geared to that approach, so don't just copy it and send it off to the court - they will think you are insane. :)

If you don't understand what you see, post your questions and I will try to answer.

    It's all here:

in the folder titled "judgment." Right click on the file and save to disk.

    Have fun!
