I've had a judgement on a past due credit card account and the judgement was filed app. 3 years ago. I've recently been able to negotiate a reasonable settlement that I will be paying, but my question is what is the best way to vacate the judgement under these circumstances and ultimately remove the listing from my reports? I have been working with Lexington Law who's been able to remove several other listings already, but I needed to deal with this judgement as it was my last "bad" debt to take care of and was interfering with qualifying for a home purchase.
