vacating a judgement

    Does anyone have any ideas how to vacated a judgement from the credit reports?

    You don't vacate a judgment from a credit report. You file a motion with the court to vacate a judgment against you. You must show the court cause for this: ie: I was not served. I was not on the contract. etc. The court will make a decision to grant or deny your petition. If the court grants your petition, they will file an order vacating the judgment. They will send a copy to you. You fax copy to the CRAs.
