hi i am looking for advice on vacating a judgment in nyc i have already stated and think i have erred... the debt a 1988 charge card w/chase. charged off by,chase /pcm/dfs/camco still being pursued by an attny acting as an assignee for pcm/chase judgment filed in 1998 i was never served... filed motion to vacate 2.2.4 went to court 2.14.4 plaintiff no show went to 2nd date thinking i was going to have it dismissed but plaintiff attny was there asking for payment .... judge asked if i owed (no sir ) sent to an arbitrator and he was confused as to why it was at his desk,,,,, he told me to re-file motion to vacate again...
