Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Vacating a satified judgement I figured as much but was just confirming that .LOL
WHY isnt it reportable? IT'S a public record right? I ask cause I honestly dont know hiding90 =============================== Technically they can or could report anything and everything they want to. The only stipulation is if they report it, it must be accurate and complete. However as to public records there are many different ones that they don't bother to report. Here are some just to name a few. 1* Real Estate ownership records 2* Real Estate Taxes 3* auto titles or ownership records 4* Drivers licenses 5* Automobile license plate registrations 6* Divorces 7* accident reports Why aren't these items listed? I suspect it's because The CRAs aren't interested in items that are positive or neutral. They are looking for the dirt and that is where judgments come in. The CRAs are drawn to them like flies on stink. ><- <>- ><- <> ~~~ ><- <>- ><- <> ><- <>- ><- <> ~~~ ><- <>- ><- <>
Once the judgement is vacated can you get it off of your credit report? We have one showing filed in 1997 and vacated in 1997. Any suggestions? Thanks ================= Why is it still on your reports ? In fact why was it ever on your reports in the first place? Try disputing it as I never had a judgment.but first get any address associated with it removed from your reports. This should have come off your reports immediately when it was vacated in 1997. Just imagine how much you have been over charged in the last 7 years for insurance loans and credit cards. Looks like you may have some hefty damages to sue for.
