    I am in NC..CH 7 discharged Jan 26.06.
I understand that the debt itself is noncollectable.Because of the discharge in Chapter 7...I also understand that the judgments will stay at the court house for 10 years....I just want to make sure that there will be no trouble when I sell my house... I was under the impression that the judgments would have to be voided or vacated..Is this something I can do myself? I asked the court house & the secretary said ask an attorney...The Attorney we had file the CH.7 said he would charge
350.00 for each Judgment to be vacated.....whoa... times 5, that is more than I paid to file ch7.....
Does anyone know of a form Motion to Vacate a Judgment........ They are default judgments from Collection agencies...All for unsecured debt..
