I want to say thank you for the advice everyone has given me. This has proved to be very beneficial for me. Although, I may not understand everything that I have read, I am attempting to find answers and ask questions. I must say that with all the discussions about requesting validation, this is a VERY IMPORTANT step to do. Had I not requested validation I would be looking at a judgment right now. When people respond saying to send CRRR, this is essential, as it establishes your paper trail, i.e.proof Believe me, a judge will ask for your proof.
