Validate, validate...

    Start the validation process. In Californnia ,they have to provide you with clear informtion about the alleged liability w/in 30 days before starting the process of inserting on your credit report. Also, cc your validation letter to BBB and FTC. This should get their attention ( this is my new trick on my second round of validations with CA who refuse to validate these alleged liabilities.

    please ignore, I am sleepy and have lost my mind. This was a private message to myself. I am working on my second set of validation letters..The computer screen is swimming right now.
