Alright, I am alittle hot under the collar right now so forgive me if I rant. I dispute 3 student loans that had a date of last activity of 10/93, with late pays, on TU. Since they are negative they come off in 7 years. Which was up 2 years ago. I just got my results back from TU and They said "verified, no change" Buit now they are being reported as DLA 01/98.

    I'm Pissed!!!!!!

Can anybody help me here, I would love to sue them because I am mad that they did that and think they can get away with it. But I'll settle for a deletion. Although $1000 bucks wouldn't hurt.

What can I do about this?

    Thanks

if you have a previous report from them that show the dla as 93 then block out all the stuff they dont need to know about. Send that with another dispute CRRR.. They now have to reinvestigate with the old reports showing the correct DLA

I just got off the phone with TU. What a waste of time that was, they of course are saying that it is the reporting company who updated the info and changed the DLA. But on my report it says "verified no change" I said how can it be "verified, no change" and the DLA move up 5 years.

I need a good Intent to Sue letter. Does anybody have one for this sort of thing?

    Thanks
