If I send verification letters to oc's and validation letters to ca'a that are included in bk or supposed to be but areant reporting right,does that then give them the right to collect again or to reage the account? I just want to be sure that im not waiving my rights for the accounts that were discharged in my chapter 7 bk.
No body ever has the right to re age an account. They don't have the rite to collect on an account twice. Be care full how you dispute this or you could glue the BK to your reports making it next to imposible to ever get the BK removed.
