Hi Quick question... If something is in dispute and I have recieved a partial validation in March and I write back stating I need more info and they are wrong period because there client (a Dr.) is trying to collect for "total obtetric" care when I only saw him once. In April the CA AGAIN or CONTINUES to reported to the CRA is that a violation ? My next step would be I think to send a letter of intent to file with the FTC and BBB.. What do you think..Is this possible violation enough ? TIA Sbdmom P.S. Yesterday I send a validation letter to the OC too..this is my most recent and most espensive thing on my reports I would realy like to see it go away....especially since I don't owe the entire amount...any thoughts ?
