I need some help with writing the second letter. I have not heard form The Collection Agency. Al of the sample letters seem to be directed to CRA and having them remove information from your credit file. In my case (See post - PLEASE HELP for back ground information) I have these guys trying to collect money from me but there is nothing negative on my credit report. All of the letters say "provide proof or remove information from "credit file". What do I want them to do? Send me a letter saying we made a mistake? or what??? BTW-The CA is listed in the Inquiry section, IS that bad?
