I sent a validation letter to a CA and it was returned due to CA moved and left no forwarding address. The address is on the letter they sent me and its the only address they list with experian. So how did the credit bureau validate the dispute? I googled the company name and it came back with a different address so i guess ill try sending another letter to this address.

The CRAs generally validate through an online system. They don't actually call or write the creditors.
