Validation Letter

    I have been checking this board out for a few months and am still confused about Validation Letters.

    Can I use the validation letter process with a debt collector after initial collection letters have been ignored for many years?

    I have a number of debts past the SOL but still within the 7 year reporting period. All of the CA's have sent numerous letters which I have ignored.

    How do I approach this with a validation letter?
