Hi all, Thanks for all your help on this board. I have had a total of 9 items removed from all 3 reports, but I only have a few items left on my reports. Im having a tough time trying to remove some of the last ones from my reports. I think I want to try this route now. Does anyone have a copy or a Validation letter that I can use to send to collection agency's and creditors. Thanks!
Do a search on the subject "validation" or by author "Marie" or "Lizardking". The letters are posted by these experts, just to name a few. ) Good Luck!
Thanks Lizardking! I have 2 questions for you! My first question is do I need to send it certified mail and what happends if they don't respond in 30 days? What would be the next step?
I sent out a validation letter and it came back filled out except the part where I asked for the part "Money they paid for the assignment" which they wrote N/A. Is this validation enough or do I send back another letter asking for written signatures for proof?
