I have sent out about 10 validation letters with no response.

Has anyone actually got a validation letter back with a signed contract to prove the account is yours?

I really doubt they can produce a signed contract. Many were applied for online.

Just want to find out if anyone else has gotton stuff removed by CA's failing to validate.

    thanks.

The trick is, you don't want the CA to be able to validate. Receiving no repsonse means they can't validate or that they've simply ignored your request, either way you've got the upper hand.

Has anyone received a validation ltr back with signed contract? I'm sure a handful of us have, however, I signed contract in no way validates the debt.

Plenty of us have gotten items/tradelines removed by CA's failing to validate, sometimes the CA's simply delete, sometimes they need a push in the right direction, like the courthouse.

I got back a signed admissions form, but the CA deleted anyway, couldn't produce everything else. I'll pay the bill, just didn't want it on my CR for 7 years.

Tried to tell them I neer received anything on it prior to it going to collections, but you know how CA's are.
