I am new to this board and I am trying to find sample of validation letters to send to collection agency.. I am trying to find the thread: debt validation: experts please help 32878, 32879 and 32991 I believe these are very old threads.. any help where I can find them would be appreciated

Butch just posted a thread on World's Greatest Validation Letter. It's good advice. Keep it simple. Don't make it sound like you copied something from an internet website. Tell them you dispute the debt and want proof that it's yours and how they arrived at the amount. In your own words, simply and concisely.
