Did you get anything back from PG&E?

All I recieved was a balance sheet (printout) from PG&E showing the bill amounts, payment amounts, and dates for the life of the account. They also sent a letter indicating that they are going to do nothing in regards to the tradeline because they "know" they are reporting correctly.

(i.e. They gave me a partial validation and told me to go sit and spin.)

At a minimum, PG&E is reporting the wrong account type (installment instead of open) and the wrong date of last activity -- Not to mention the fact that they reported the tradeline after I paid and failed notify me before they reported the negative info.

It looks like they want to fight and not do the right thing ... I guess I will have to make them spend some money on legal defense. I would like to get some more violations before I go that route though.

    For the California thing>>>>
I believe they have UP TO 30 days after the negative tradline has been reported to a CA to provide notification. They can notify before and up to 30 days after reporting.

I am fairly sure, Unless something has changed recently, nut I am no expert.

    The little blurb
"Pease be advised that a negative blah blah may be balah bah on your credit report blah"
that appears on the Dunning notices is considered notification
