A week ago I posted that TU sent me the standard - we're not investigation because you seem to be a third party credit repair agency letter. At the advice if some I didn't act on it.

so today I receive two envelopes from TU one with a letter saying basically 'we have provided the information below in response to your request" and lists all the creditors, addresses and telephone numbers listed on my report...including the two in dispute.

    That is it.

The other envelope contains one page and a little form to fill it as if I have a complaint against a credit repair agency? I'm not understanding if this is it for them or not. Nothing about an investigation regarding JJ MacIntyre and nothing about validation. Is it time for me to call TU and speak to someone one on one or is this standard??

On another note, Equifax sent me a letter, they are investigation...glad someone is up on the procedures.

Let's see, also in the mail today, a Capital One Platinum offer for 14.99% card - not getting another card until I can get single digit APRs and a debt consolidation line of credit offer...cheaper to just pay my own bills. Today was all about credit for my mailbox...hehe

Nope, thats their other "junk mail". That sheet does come in handy though, as it should have the addresses for all your creditors showing up on your report.

Did you send your dispute certified mail? If you did on day 35 from date they signed (30 + 5 for mail time). Call and demand they delete everything!

Yep Jlynn I did! And I sure will...I do agree, the sheet will come in handy. I'm calling my two collections in a month and paying then off...with the promise of total deletion on their part, of course.
