I am going to send in a validation request on 3 capital one accounts. Can I send these all at the same time (1 letter?) or does it have to be done seperately? The reason I ask, I have 3 Cap1 accounts that are in ChargeOff status. I have called Cap1 to try to pay these accounts, and they will not talk to me except to give me the name and contact number for the 3 CA's that are handling the account(s). I have already sent the individal CA's a valadation request via CRRR. Also, is there a link to the address where these are to be mailed (big 3 CRA's). FYI - I have gained alot of knowledge from this forum, and I appreciate all the help! If I settle with the CA's (I know this is ill advised), can I get the whole TL removed? Do they have the power to remove the original Cap1 TL? How does the SOL work on these accounts? The last activity is very recent. Brian
