   After I send a validation letter, and I know they received it, how long before it is supposed to show up as disputed on my credit reports?

   I don't think anyone has a definate answer. The problem is, they can send it in to the CRA, and the CRA can take forever to update it. I used the fact in the estoppel that it was never marked in dispute. At that point it had been over 30 days.
