I sent the first validation letter earlier this month. Today I received this letter in the mail:

Thank you for your recent communication blah blah...we bave been unable to locate the matter you have referenced from the info. provided. please provide us with further identifying info. such as you ss# the name of the orig. creditor, the creditors acc# and or reference # and billing address of the account. Thank you blah blah.

In the original al letter I sent name, ss# address ect.

Should I just send the second al letter?
