   I checked my Experian account today, my faco score dropped 50 points. A new collection was posted this week for Tuition I supposedly owe from 1994. Should I ask for validation or dispute ?

   wow 1994? Do you recall when you made the last payment?
   
   I would take the two step approach. Send out the validation, and once the green card is received, then dispute with the CRA.
